As a one-person consultancy, I love working directly with clients to offer tailored, practical solutions—whether it’s drafting essential policies, advising on employee relations, or implementing HR IT systems. I live in Surrey with my partner and our two-year-old son, and when I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family, getting outdoors, and discovering new places.
