Hi there! I’m Richard Stuart, and I’m thrilled to introduce myself as an experienced HR consultant and the founder of Progressive HR. I’m here to provide flexible, strategic, and hands-on HR support to businesses of all sizes. With a solid background in HR leadership and consultancy, I specialise in HR policy development, compliance, recruitment, performance management, and redundancy support.

As a one-person consultancy, I love working directly with clients to offer tailored, practical solutions—whether it’s drafting essential policies, advising on employee relations, or implementing HR IT systems. My approach is straightforward, efficient, and results-driven, ensuring that you receive expert HR support without unnecessary complexity.

I live in Surrey with my partner and our two-year-old son, and when I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family, getting outdoors, and discovering new places. I appreciate the simple things in life—good coffee, great conversations, and the occasional deep dive into a random topic that catches my interest.
