Who we are

What we collect

Details you send through our website contact form (name, business, email, phone and your message), contact details for our clients, and the employee information clients send us so we can prepare documents. This can include names, job titles, dates, details of workplace events and, where relevant, health or other sensitive information.

Why we use it

To provide the HR support our clients ask for, under our contract with them. We act on our clients' instructions for the employee information they send us.

Who we share it with

Trusted service providers that help us deliver the service: our website host (Netlify), which receives contact form messages, our AI provider (Anthropic), which helps us draft documents, and our email and file storage provider (Google). How we use AI

AI helps us draft documents. Every document is reviewed by a person before it is sent, and no decisions about individuals are made automatically.

How long we keep it

We keep case information for [12 months] after a request is completed, then delete it, unless the client asks us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
